1. The prices are as follows: $175 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours inside Genesee County and a 5 hour minimum outside Genesee County. You can book for more hours than this, the price will be $175 per hour thereafter. A travel surcharge of 20% will also be charged to your tour. There is a deposit required to book a tour and that is $250.00 dollars. This amount has to be paid to secure your date and will be charged once the date is confirmed. You have 24 hours to make the deposit. This deposit goes towards the total of your tour fee.

2. Tour dates will be confirmed within 24-48 hours to ensure the dates are available.
3. Once the tour is confirmed and deposit made then you have up to 24 hours from the time of confirmation to cancel your tour for any reason. If the tour is not canceled within 24 hours, then you forfeit your deposit. If your deposit is forfeited, VCPB will give you the opportunity to book another tour within 30 days of the canceled tour and use this deposit towards the new tour. If a new tour is not booked within 30 days of the forfeited deposit, then your $250 deposit is COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. The entire tour amount can be paid at the time of booking or just the deposit, but the remaining balance of the tour must be paid prior to the tour date scheduled. If the tour amount is not paid in its entirety prior to the trip date then again, you forfeit your deposit. If the tour goes over the scheduled time booked, then the fee amounts apply as stated above and any additional fees (going over slotted time) will be charged before the tour continues. All forms of payment are accepted including cash and all major credit cards via Square. Please consider your driver and tip.
5. ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS ALLOWED ON THE BUS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. If weather conditions are not optimal (i.e., severe snow, ice, thunderstorms) then your tour will have to be rescheduled for the safety of everyone in your party and also the bus. If your tour cannot be rescheduled, then you will receive your $250 deposit refunded back to you and if you paid for the entire tour then the entire amount will be refunded back to you. Again, the safety of everyone is VCPB's priority.
7. All parties under the age of 21 years will require a chaperone that is over the age of 21 years, and this is the person responsible for the tour. A valid driver license or state issued I.D. will be required only to verify the age of the responsible party and to verify identity. This is a requirement for all tours booked.
8. There will be 3 designated locations for pick-up and drop-off of your tour if booking within Genesee County and they are as follows:

Courtland Center in Flint, MI
One of these locations must be chosen prior to your tour to assure one central location for pick-up and drop-off so this is done in a timely and efficient manner. If you are booking a tour outside Genesee County then the person in charge of the tour can select a central location for the pick-up and drop-off of your party that is convenient in your area, information should be provided at the time of booking.
9. The bus will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to the beginning of each tour. There will be instances where VCPB will be able to provide a host for your tour. This comes at no additional charge and will be used to assist with minor cleaning and serving if necessary. With that being said your party is responsible for large clean-ups of the party bus i.e. decorations, trash, food items, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). At the discretion of VCPB there may be a cleaning fee imposed if large clean-ups have to be done by the driver.
10. Any bodily fluids that may have to be addressed (vomit, urine, feces, etc.), there will be an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $150.00.
11. There is no smoking on the party bus, but your driver can make as many stops for smoke breaks as the responsible party sees fit. Edibles, vape pens and food items are welcome on the party bus but again please be advised of the cleaning rules and fees. ONLY 21 YRS AND OLDER CAN USE ANY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES i.e. alcohol, cbd or thc vape pens, etc.
12. We also ask that no one on the bus at any time during your tour stand on the seats, or the table/fireplace section of the bus. Leaning, standing, sitting in the area over the fireplace is NOT allowed! Food items can be placed in this area. Any damage to the fireplace, smart T.V., the hatch in the ceiling, furniture or stereo system will require additional fees for repair, and that will be based on the market value at the time the occurrence takes place.
13. During your tour you have full access to the smart T.V. and stereo system via Bluetooth but the control of the fireplace is to be handled only and solely by the driver, so please ask, DO NOT TOUCH. There is a bar area located in the back of the bus for beverages, ice will be provided. Please do not remove the sink, if there needs to be any refreshing of the bar area the driver and/or host will take care of this for you!
PLEASE BE AWARE WHILE THE BUS IS IN MOTION, STANDING OR WALKING AROUND COULD CAUSE BODILY HARM IF FALLS OCCUR, SO PLEASE STAY SEATED WHILE THE BUS IS MOVING. THANK YOU!
14. VCPB will not sell, share or release any personal information used to book your tour. Images taken during your tour for promotional purposes will be used unless an opt-out waiver is signed.
15. At any time during your tour if the rules of the disclaimer are violated, at the discretion of the driver and/or host your tour will be ended and NO refund issued. VCPB is not responsible for any personal belongings. If you leave something on the bus, then it is your responsibility. The driver and/or host is NOT responsible for any items left on the bus during or after your tour.
This Disclaimer has to be agreed upon by checking the accept button prior to a tour being accepted. You as the responsible party will be liable for everything included in this disclaimer and everyone inside your tour.
